Tussock Ridge Farm Tours is where you can experience the unique beauty of rural New Zealand located only 20 minutes northwest of Wellington city in the beautiful Ohariu Valley.  A great tour for all ages.

We offer family packages too for Wellingtonians, which are 3 hours long.

Enjoy an unforgettable 3 1/2 hour 4WD journey across three private farms with 6000 sheep, 400 cattle and 100 horses (20 of which are wild Kaimanawa horses) as well as spectacular view of Wellington's newest wind farm and the south island.  

 

Complimentary afternoon tea is served at our rustic shepherd's cabin situated on the cliffs overlooking the Cook Strait and South Island.
